Dessert pizza
You will need:
1 flan base
Pink/chocolate icing
Hundreds and thousands (sprinkles)
Toppings: Jellybeans, red ‘shoe laces’ and/or marshmallows
- Spread the icing over the ‘pizza’ base.
- Sprinkle the hundreds and thousands over the flan.
- Add your selected toppings and enjoy hot or cold!
Puffle Peppers
You will need:
a orange/yellow pepper
a grown up helper (optional but recommended for children 10 or under)
- Wash the pepper, then get your grown up helper at the ready.
- Ask your helper to use a sharp knife to cave a puffle design onto the pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
Penguin Pancake Faces
You will need:
1 egg
150g of flour
325ml of milk
Toppings
- Crack an egg into a bowl or container, then beat. Now leave to one side.
- Weigh out 150g of flour into a seprate bowl then the egg.
- Now add the egg into the flour and mix together.
- Pour approx. 325ml of milk into the mixture; it should be thick but liquadated.
- Put a little oil into the fring pan and after about 1 and a half minutes and then enjoy (the mixture should make 7-9 pancakes)
- (optional) To make the faces you will need some imagention. But here’s a idea, use whipped cream for the eyes (maybe add a green glace cherry to each one). For the nose use some sliced banana, I recomend 6-8 slices. That’s for a penguin but you could even make a puffle!
Penguin Lollys
You will need:
milk/white liquad
2/3 Bananas or some orange juice
ribena/blacky or purple liquad
3 Plastic cups
(optional) lolly sticks
- Peel the bananas and slice them; they should be thin but not to thin.
- Put the bananas into a cup (they should be in a liquad form), it should fill the cup almost to brim (not to brim because due to science the bananas will rise while freezing). Wait for 1-2 hours for best result.
- While the bananas are freezing pop the ribena into diffrent 2 cups these should only fill to half way. Also freeze the milk this can fill up to almost brim (fill 2). Freeze these for 1-2 hours with the banana.
- Once all the liquads have been frozen take them out the freeze and open them (to do this you can rip down the sides of the cups or wait for them to pop out like ice cubes). The milk is for the eyes, the ribena for the pupils and the banana for the beak. Arange as nesasary on a plate.
Why not comment a recipe name suggestion and then I’ll see if I can come up with a recipe! (You will get credit unless I’d already came up with the idea before you commented)
